Sizing details
Finished designs will come framed in a hoop unless otherwise specified in the order. Hoop size will be determined by the size of the portrait, but up to 5 people/pets will be in a 6 inch hoop. If you have questions regarding finished size, or want a custom size, please send me a message.
Custom and personalized orders
You will receive a message from me within 24 hours of placing your order, requesting specific details. Please have photos ready as it will be easier for me to get your cross stitch people just right with photos. You can send multiple photos or have everyone in 1 photo. I will also require photos of pets. Once your details are received, I will confirm all information.
*Stitch Fellas may use your finished portrait as an example in their shop or promotions. Stitch Fellas has all rights to photos and patterns.*
Can I see photos prior to shipment?
A final photo can be sent upon request
Care instructions
Some care tips:
* A light dusting every so often is all you need.
* Do not remove from the hoop or frame ready backing. It can damage the stitching and will probably be really hard to get back into its original position. If the portrait is tampered with in this way, I do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
* Frame Ready portraits: If the portrait has 3D elements (french knots, etc.) It may be best to take the glass out of the frame so the full portrait can be exposed. Putting it behind glass can squish the small details.
Lost Packages
Stitch Fellas ships to the address provided by Etsy or Paypal. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. Stitch Fellas is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
Pets
All Stitch Fellas portraits are made in a smoke free dog friendly home.
When will I receive my order?
Your ship time will be determined by when information is received. If you need your portrait by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate, though I cannot guarantee dates outside of current processing time. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Mondays and may show as outside of processing times.
StitchFellas is not responsible for delays in delivery. While I can provide ship by dates, I cannot guarantee arrival dates. No refunds will be given for delays in delivery caused by postal carriers or customs.
Eye Colors
Though I do request eye colors on all questionnaires, all adult women’s eyes will be black due to style. If no eye colors are provided, they will all default to black. Eye colors are a loose interpretation and will default to either blue, green, or brown. If hazel, please specify which color they lean more towards. If provided as hazel, color will default to brown.
Details
I will do my best to capture all details mentioned in communications, but some may be left out in the final product.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of Stitch Fellas portraits, I do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. If for some reason you are unhappy with your portrait, please let me know and I will do my best to work with you so you’re happy with the final result.
